This might be TOO bad for your show, but the worst movie I've ever seen is "Santa Clause Conquers the Martians"

The Stuff (1985) Man eating, mind controlling yogurt. Horror movie - no it's not a comedy or parody. It takes itself dead serious.

At least Manos - hands of fate had the excuse of no experience and no budget. This makes Spice World look like high art.

The Fountain doesn't belong on this list. That movie is incredible. I never understood the hate. Truly ahead of it's time.

I think "The List" could use a couple of friends. I'd like to see reviewed films ranked by Rotten Tomatoes scores and ranked by you guys. I say this because I have a theory. It's that there are movies I agree "are that bad" cuz they could have been better. And there are movies I *thought* would be better. Then there are movies too far out of balance - OK images but no story, say. Then there's the boring and/or inept. And, finally, there's the stuff you wanna walk out on, "it's THAT bad."

You talk about all this, sure, but I keep finding myself trying to sort which is which in my head.

Requested "Manos, Hands of Fate" about a week ago. Guys, please look @ my detailed message I sent at that time; it contains a brief summary and description of why it's worthy of your attention and destruction. Thanks!

A few of the worst movies I've ever seen are:

King Ralph
The Lost World: Jurassic Park 2
The Flinstones
Go Figure 2 have John Goodman in them and I usually like him as an actor.

A couple of my favorites that critics didn't like:
Drop Dead Fred

Perhaps we should add Screamers to this list? It's from 1996, and I really liked it back then, but I haven't seen it in forever. I wonder if it will stand the test of time.

I remember watching Conspiracy Theory on TBS like a billion times when I was but a lad. Mel Gibson knows how to break a nose in that movie. Anyway, it's at a 52% on RT but I remember liking it a lot. Love the show!

Halloween 2 (Rob Zombies remake)

The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou

How does this movie only have a 53%?!

Dreamcatcher (2003). Wikipedia states "The film now holds a small cult following for its "So bad it's good" feel." Much as I'd never question the accuracy of Wikipedia,I seem to remember that it was fucking appalling.

Loving the show guys!

I watched a great film the other night (sarcastic) called Far Cry (2008) based on the game of the same name, by a much loved and tallented director Uwe Boll..again i'm being sarcastic.

The acting is awful, it feels cheap, tacky and nasty. There is one particular part that just had me in stitches, for just being soooo bad and over acted. Without giving too much away it takes place on a boat with a couple on a whale sighting trip.

This film is so wooden even Pinocchio wooden boner could'nt compeat. Compleat and utter garbage.

P.S A must see!!

Lucky Number S7evin because I rarely meet anyone who actually hated that movie (Lucy Liu was wonderful, Morgan Freeman brought his A-game, and the twist was enjoyable to watch), which is weird because critics blasted this film. I think you would really enjoy it.

Smokin' Aces because that movie is a prime example of why you need to be very careful when making a purposefully stupid movie. Never go full retard, as they say. It as over the top, but never as funny as the movie seemed to think it was. And that scene where the hitwoman shoots guys with an ridiculously huge gun? I almost slammed my head on my coffee table.

has anybody ever seen mr jingles . might i say grade A acting.

Alone in the Dark. Just saw it. What a dumb movie!

The J-Lo classic, Enough, or Julia Roberts' Sleeping With the Enemy. I realize that the latter falls outside of your usual time span of movies, but its amazing how much either of these have in common in terms of plot (housewife tries to escape her abusive husband), characters, and themes. They even have the Rottentomatoes' rating of 22%. After listening to your commentary on the Twilight movies, I'd also love to hear your reactions to how these movies treat the subject matter and each heroine's attempt at female empowerment.

THE ROOM

it is quite literally one of the worst movies I have ever seen in my life ever...

1)they shot a rooftop scene where a few guys are playing football in their tuxedos three feet from each other?
2)It was shot simultaneously on 35mm film and on an HD Camera. The director was confused about the differences between the two, so he used both.
3)The director purchased the cameras, instead of renting them

YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS MOVIE

Also, review the following:
The Stupids

Best of the Best with Eric Roberts. I was way into this at the age of 10. I even cried at the end. If I could go back in time I'd punch my ten year old self in the face for being a weak, weak, weak man.
